Florida Highway patrol sued for ticketing driver who flashed his headlights to warn of speed traps

 Florida man files class action lawsuit. Claims the Florida Highway Patrol gave him an illegal ticket for flashing his headlights. Say's he has always flashed his headlights to fellow motorist to warn of speed traps ahead. Could cost Florida millions if he wins!
